The details are as follows:
First, clear three goals:
1,2020 years, the number of transport airports around 260, Beijing New Airport, Chengdu, a new airport and a number of major projects will be completed and put into production, hub airport facilities to further enhance the capacity of a number of regional airports put into use.
2,2025, built a wide range, rational distribution, functional, intensive environmental protection of the modern airport system, the formation of three world-class airport group, 10 international hub, 29 regional hub.
3 world-class airport group: Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta world-class airport group.
10 international hubs: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Kunming, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Xi'an, Urumqi, Harbin.
29 regional hub: Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot, Dalian, Shenyang, Changchun, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Nanjing, Qingdao, Fuzhou, Jinan, Nanchang, Wenzhou, Ningbo, Hefei, Nanning, Guilin, Haikou, Sanya, Zhengzhou, Wuhan , Changsha, Guiyang, Lhasa, Lanzhou, Xining, Yinchuan.

Layout planning new Jiaxing, Bengbu, Ruijin, Ningde, Heze and other 16 airports, a total of 61. 5, Southwest Airport Group
Southwest Airport Group consists of Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet 5 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) within the airport composition.
Layout planning new Wulong, Ganzi, Weining, Chuxiong and other 29 airports, a total of 78. 6, northwest airport group

Layout planning new Baoji, Pingliang, Republican, Shizuishan, Tashkurgan, the end (Corps) and other 28 airports, a total of 73.
